INTOXICATED PERSON - Received a report at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday of a man passed out in a hallway at the Econolodge, 11617 Andrew St. Officers determined the man was not a guest or a resident at the motel and took him to detox.

THEFT - Tyler Matz, 800 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast, Tuesday reported several items stolen from his pickup and garage.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Robert Spindler, 400 block of West College Drive, Tuesday reported his vehicle was egged.

Baxter police

ARREST - Arrested a 27-year-old woman for disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal damage to property after it was reported at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday she became irate and damaged things at Walmart Supercenter, 7295 Glory Road.

THEFT - John Smith, 7000 block of Excelsior Road, Tuesday reported a bike stolen.

Crow Wing sheriff

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 10000 block of Red Sand Circle.

ARREST - Arrested a 59-year-old man for gross misdemeanor domestic abuse and violating an order for protection after a woman at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday requested a welfare check at a residence on the 20000 block of Hamlet Road on her daughter, who had called crying and has suffered from prior domestic abuse.
