Boat capsizes on Pillsbury Lake

A man was in the water for approximately 30 minutes Friday after the boat he was in capsized on Pillsbury Lake between Long Prairie and Swanville, reported the Todd County Sheriff's Department.

Timothy Kedrowski was rescued by Todd County Deputy Sheriff Steven Och and Swanville rescue personnel, the sheriff's department reported. Kedrowski was taken to Long Prairie Memorial Hospital in Long Prairie. The hospital had no information available Saturday on Kedrowski's condition.

The incident was reported at 10:54 a.m. Friday by Kedrowski's father, John Kedrowski.

No further information, such as what injuries Kedrowski suffered or his age or address, were available Saturday.

Assisting the Todd County Sheriff's Department at the scene were the Swanville Rescue Team, the Long Prairie Fire Department and Long Prairie Ambulance.
