Chaplain to speak about soldiers returning home

Maj. John Morris, deputy state chaplain, will speak at a reintegration meeting from 10 a.m.-noon Nov. 15 at the Brainerd Armory to prepare families and the community on what to expect when the 152 soldiers in the 1-194th Battalion in the Brainerd, Wadena and St. Cloud units come home in December.

Morris also will discuss what services will be available to the soldiers, such as mental health, medical and employment services.

A similar briefing will be 2 p.m. Nov. 13 in Wadena and at 4 p.m. Thursday in St. Cloud.

The meetings are open to the public.
