The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Michelle Renee O'Reilly, 42, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to two days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,085 in fines and fees.

Jeremy Matthew Dukowitz, 27, Staples, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to seven days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,015 in fines and fees.

Jeffrey Gordon Sabourin, 28, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $193 in fines and fees.

Lauren Elizabeth MacFarland, 18, Crosby, received a stay of imposition for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle to three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $158 in fines and fees.

Marvin Ambrose Copa, 52, Brainerd, received a stay of imposition for felony fifth-degree sale of drugs to 39 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $240 in fines and fees.

Blake Lee Travers, 24, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 10 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $925 in fines and fees.

Jacob John Olson, 26, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,090 in fines and fees.

Emily Louise Blahnik, 29, Shakopee, was sentenced for felony possessing a pistol/assault weapon within 10 years of a conviction for a violent crime to 60 months prison and ordered to pay $135 in fines and fees.

Duane Allen Lewandowski, 46, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,090 in fines and fees.

Darrel Edward Olson, 47, Long Prairie, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor child endangerment to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $135 in fines and fees.

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Abrielle Jane Duoos, 20, Grand Forks, N.D., was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Brennan Robert Lehman, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Robert Neal Buck III, 18, Walker, was placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $605 in fines and fees.

Sasha Rose Kroll, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $255 in fines and fees.

Andrew Thomas Walter, 21, Cologne, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.
