Joy E. Scheper

MOTLEY - Joy E. Scheper, age 79, of Motley, passed away at the St. Cloud Hospital on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007.

Funeral service is Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m. at the Brenny Funeral Home in Staples. Visitation is Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service.

Joy is survived by her children, Carol Kort, Bonnie Head, Nancy (Loren) Bell, Jacqueline (Scott) Diederich and David Scheper; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and sister, Ethel (Edward A.) Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Emma Carpenter; granddaughter Tracy; great-granddaughter Paige; brothers, Cal and Bud; sister, Esther; and special companion, Tippy.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Home in Staples.
