MOTLEY - Joy E. Scheper, age 79, of Motley, passed away at the St. Cloud Hospital on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007.

Robert B. Kincaid
Robert B. Kincaid, age 87, died Oct. 19, 2007. Born June 27, 1920, in Duluth, Minn. Survived by beloved wife of 60 years, Marion; son, John (Kathy); grandchildren, Robyn and Scott. Bob resided at Lake Shore, Minn., for 26 years before moving to Presbyterian Homes in Bloomington, Minn. Bob was a graduate of Washburn High School and attended the University of Minnesota.

Open Forum
Regarding the upcoming school referendum, I would like to express my support. My children attend the Brainerd schools and I head up the Parent-Teacher Group at an elementary school in Brainerd. As a parent and parent volunteer, I do not want children loosing out on the opportunities this school district provides if the referendum fails.
