Aitkin's season ends

PINE CITY - Top-seeded Pine City defeated the No. 7 Aitkin Gobblers 22-6 in the Section 7-3A quarterfinals Tuesday.

Andrew Welshons scored on a 15-yard run for Aitkin. Sam

Johnson had an interception and 11 tackles for the Gobblers. Andy Nyberg had eight tackles.
