Search warrant results in three controlled substance arrests in Little Falls

LITTLE FALLS - Three people were arrested after law enforcement executed a search warrant Monday at a residence on Third Street Northeast in Little Falls, the Morrison County Sheriff's Department reported.

The search warrant was obtained after the sheriff's department received information that two individuals wanted on outstanding controlled substance arrest warrants, James Ronald Dickison, 43, and Amy Lynn Coffman, 28, both of Little Falls, were at the residence.

When deputies arrived at the residence they observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Another person at the residence, Leslie Ellyn Peterson, 38, Little Falls, was arrested for possession of controlled substances.

Sheriff Michel Wetzel said items seized during the execution of the warrant will be forwarded to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension lab for testing and it is likely additional controlled substance charges will be filed once the results of the analysis are received.
