Dale Duane Fitch, 38, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of license to one year jail and fined $50.

Michelle Ann Worcester, 37, Pine River, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI. She was placed on three years supervised probation and fined $895.

Douglas John Jakubiec, 41, Breezy Point, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Paul Michael Cantu, 33, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $180.

Douglas Robert Duxbury, 29, Minneapolis, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Jerome Jean Graupner, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Robert Allen Andrews, 33, Eden Prairie, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Brian Lee Pohl, 26, Carlton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Michael James Payne, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for first-degree controlled substance manufacturing conspiracy to 81 months prison and fined $50.

John Paul Praske, 53, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Richard James Svenningsen, 33, Crosby, was sentenced for fifth-degree assault to 18 months prison and fined $50.

Scott Carmi Fredstrom, 50, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Kimberly Karen Miller, 28, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

William Leonard Nyberg, 48, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI. He was placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Daniel Larry Wiebusch, 26, Coon Rapids, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI. He was placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Arnold Jerome Moe, 53, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Shane Patrick McKeever, 21, Backus, was sentenced for theft to 21 months prison and fined $50.

Tammy Leigh Wagner, 35, Brainerd, was sentenced for child endangerment and for fourth-degree controlled substance crime to a total of 36 months prison and fined $50.

Colin David Borders, 36, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor transportation of big game. He was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Leonard Alvin Budreau, 45, Onamia, was sentenced for theft of a motor vehicle, gross misdemeanor DUI and gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to a total of 150 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $1,130.

Melaney Rae South, 26, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor offering forged check to 50 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $3,000.

Adam Michael Zeroth, 21, Aitkin, was sentenced for financial transaction card fraud to 120 days jail and placed on five years supervised probation.

Guy Martin Schwender, 45, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for terroristic threats to seven days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Naomi Marie Vizenor, 23, Walker, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor offering forged check to one year jail and fined $50.

Brian Eugene Isle, 47, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $990.

David Rinio, 32, Fort Ripley, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 180 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $1,000.

Kenneth John Hoffman, 34, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored check to one year jail and fined $50.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption. The defendants were fined $100 unless otherwise noted.

Justin Thomas England, 20, Excelsior, was fined $150.

Anthony Robert Doree, 20, Crosby, was sentenced to five days jail and fined $300.

Dusty Allen Hanson, 18, Crosby, was placed on three years supervised probation and fined $600.
