A Garrison woman who has published two low-carb cookbooks will appear on a cooking segment of KARE-11 News Saturday this Saturday.
The show airs 8 to 10 a.m. Nancy Moshier, author of "Eat Yourself Thin Like I Did" and "Eat Yourself Thin with Fabulous Desserts," will appear in a segment with Belinda Jensen.
Nancy Moshier lost 130 pounds between 1998 and 2000 by reducing the amount of carbohydrates she consumed to less than 20 grams per day.
Her husband, Ron, lost 80 pounds by eating less than 40 grams per day.
