Albany swims past S-M

STAPLES -- The Staples-Motley Cardinals swimming and diving team won eight events but lost 96-82 to Albany in non-conference action Monday.

Cardinal winners included Abby Palmer in the 200 individual medley and 100 freestyle, Kendell Spar in the 50 free, Mary Pate in diving, Bre Brown in the 500 free and Britta Binek in the 100 breaststroke. S-M also won two relays.
