EAST GULL LAKE - Patricia Kasperson, of East Gull Lake, passed away Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, at home.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at the Brenny Funeral Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 2 p.m. at Lakewood Evangelical Free Church in Baxter. A memorial service will be held in California on Nov. 2 with interment at Glenhaven Memorial Park in Sylmar, Calif. Memorial preference: Lakewood Evangelical Free Church designated for Interfaith Hospitality Network.
Patricia Kasperson
Patricia as born on April 4, 1927, in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of John and Ethel Bakker. She married Marvin Kasperson on July 2, 1948, in Glendale, Calif. She was known for her faithfulness to the Lord and His work - teaching, singing in the choir and working in the office. In 1995 she moved to Minnesota and worked as a bookkeeper for Lakewood E-Free in Baxter where she was also a member.
Patricia is survived by her five children: Daniel (Rose) Kasperson, Dean (Lois) Kasperson, Kathy (Neal) Gaalswyk, Dale (Karla) Kasperson and Karen (Mark) Fortier. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four of her sisters.
She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents and four of her siblings.
Services entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
