ESTECADA, Ore. - Dale S. Maier, 73, Estecada, Ore., died Oct. 19, 2005, of cancer.
He was born April 8, 1932, in Crosby, Minn. He married Ruth V. Gary in 1952. He was a machinist for Boeing. He lived in Minnesota for 43 years and was a resident of Oregon for the past 30 years.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Stanley, Allan, Richard, Bradley and Jay; daughters, Sherry Anderly, Kathy Boalton and Jane Maier; brothers, Wayne and Dennis; sister, Dorothy Sabian; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Sandy Ridge Cemetery on Highway 211, Sandy, Ore.
