Bridges of Hope will host a parenting seminar from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Brainerd Learning Center, 311 10th Ave. N.E., Brainerd.
Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
The parenting seminar will provide an opportunity for parents, grandparents and caregivers to attend workshops of their choice. The workshops offered will include: "Adolescent Body Image and Eating Concerns," "Methamphetamine: Why Should We Be Concerned?," "Teen Sex: Is it inevitable?," "Relating With Your Teen Through Love and Logic," and "Making Memories on a Budget."

Benefit set for Pat (Hyatt) Stegora
There will be a spaghetti dinner and silent auction benefit for Pat (Hyatt) Stegora, formerly of Brainerd, to help with expenses incurred from three major surgeries in the last six months.
The benefit will be 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Brainerd Eagles Club, 124 Front St., Brainerd.
