Bylander named DNR communications director

C.B. Bylander has been named communications director at the DNR's main office in St. Paul.

Bylander has been with the DNR for 15 years. He served as the Brainerd regional director until regional positions were eliminated in Brainerd. He then worked as part of the regional transition team before doing fisheries writing this past summer. His duties now will expand to cover the entire spectrum of DNR informational writing.
