John C. Sack

PINE RIVER - John Charles Sack, 47, of Pine River, Minn., died Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, at St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minn. A memorial gathering for John will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, from 1-3 p.m. at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Pequot Lakes, Minn.

John was born Jan. 7, 1962, in Fullerton, Calif., the son of Robert and Carol (Worley) Sack. John worked for Pine River Cafe for 30 years. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion of Pequot Lakes.

John will be missed by his mother, Carol, of Pine River; his brother, Gary (Bobbie Sue) Sack, of Brainerd; and his sister, Mitzie (Steve) McAllister. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Chapel of Pequot Lakes.
