Crow Wing sheriff

THEFTS - A gas drive-off was reported Sunday at the Fort Ripley Store, 617 Front St. in Fort Ripley.

Janet Zwilling, 30000 block of Silver Peak Road, Saturday reported the theft of firewood.

Kay Sperl on Saturday reported the theft of two deer stands and a wildlife camera from county land at Kego Lake Road and East Fox Heights Road.

Tracy Carner, 10000 block of Highway 371, on Saturday reported her kids are taking things from her.

Leslie Grant, 10000 block of Bending Road, Friday reported his security cameras stolen.

Andrew Anderson, 10000 block of Crust Road, Friday reported the theft of items from outside his residence.

Daniel Hansen on Friday reported the theft of a 14-foot, two-seat portable deer stand from Mary Road.

BURGLARY - Stephanie Ceniglio, 10000 block of North Fox Beach Road, Saturday reported a burglary.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Eugene Gulden, 20000 block of North Platte Lake Road, Saturday reported his mailbox damaged.

INTOXICATED PERSON - Received a report at 4:08 a.m. Saturday from a man at a residence on the 12000 block of Highway 210 who said an intoxicated woman was on his vehicle and wouldn't let him leave. Brainerd police officers assisted, and arrested the 34-year-old woman for disorderly conduct, fifth-degree assault and obstructing the legal process. The woman also was wanted on a warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle in Effingham County, Illinois.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 7:43 p.m. Friday at East Clark Lake Road and Crow Wing County Road 13.

Baxter police

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 8:56 p.m. Sunday at Highway 210 and Highland Scenic Road.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at Highways 210 and 371.

One person was injured but not hospitalized in a three-vehicle collision at 4:50 p.m. Friday at Golf Course Road and Clearwater Road.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:12 p.m. Friday on the 7000 block of Excelsior Road.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE - Received a report at 7:07 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle on a trail near Ironwood Drive. An officer located the vehicle owner, who was hunting, and advised him what was public and private property.

THEFT - Michael and Barbara Villwock, 5000 block of Fairview Road, Saturday reported their boat stolen.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Ann Bertoch, 6000 block of Edmonton Road, Saturday reported what appeared to be a hole in a pane of glass as a result of an air rifle round.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON - An officer observed a man dressed in black at 12:42 a.m. Saturday walking around Oak Street and Shadowwood Drive. The man told the officer that he was patrolling the neighborhood because someone attempted to break into his vehicle a few days ago.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Was dispatched at 8:19 p.m. on Friday to a domestic fight in a car at Highways 210 and 371. Upon arrival, an officer found the man agitated about the way his car was running. Officers stood by while the vehicle was moved to the side of the road.

Brainerd police

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 1:08 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:55 p.m. Friday at Washington and North Ninth streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:33 p.m. Friday at Washington and North Second streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:51 p.m. Friday at North Fourth and Washington streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:04 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue.

ARRESTS - A 24-year-old man at 2:07 a.m. Sunday reported being assaulted at a residence on the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Officers made contact with the man and arrested him after learning he had an active warrant for his arrest from Hennepin County.

Arrested a 20-year-old man for fleeing on foot, disorderly conduct, underage consumption of alcohol and probation violation following a traffic stop at 12:01 a.m. Saturday at Oak and Southeast 12th streets.

PARTY COMPLAINT - Received a report at 3:09 a.m. Saturday of underage subjects consuming alcohol at a residence on the 500 block of South Fifth Street. The complaint was unfounded and the caller gave a false name and false telephone number. Earlier, at 11:46 p.m. on Friday, officers were also dispatched to the same address for the same complaint, which also was unfounded.

THEFTS - Wesley Wickham, 1000 block of N Street, Friday reported the theft of fishing rods, reels and tackles from his boat. A suspect, described as a teenager with dark clothes and a white hat, was seen running westbound on L Street. Police were unable to locate the suspect.

Jeremy Skoglund, 300 block of Bluff Avenue, Friday reported the theft of about 15 duck decoys.

Staples police

PUBLIC ASSIST - Was called at 7:01 p.m. Sunday to a residence, address not listed, to talk to a 12-year-old girl about problems with her family. The girl feels she can do what she wants and if her parents give her orders she resists them verbally and physically.

TRAFFIC HAZARD - An officer reported at 11:22 p.m. Saturday his squad car was hit by an egg while driving down the 300 block of Sixth Street Southeast. Other eggs were found broken on the road in the same area, but no suspects were located.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - A woman at a residence on the 500 block of Sixth Street Northeast at 12:11 p.m. Friday reported her small shed was locked from the inside and she wanted an officer to check inside to make sure no one was in there. An officer checked the shed and there was no one inside.
