LITTLE FALLS -- Frank Ghinter, 88-year-old resident of Little Falls, Minn., died Oct. 16, 2004, at his home in Little Falls, Minn. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 21, at 10:30 a.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls, Minn., with the Rev. Carl Larson officiating. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, Minn. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, Minn., and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls, Minn.
Frank was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church and the Little Falls VFW Post No. 1112. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, cards, cribbage, woodworking and most of all, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his wife, Betty, of Little Falls, Minn.; children, Brad Ghinter, and wife, Lisa, of St. Michael, Minn., Jeff Ghinter, of Middlebrook, Fla., Tammy Strempke, and husband, Mark, of Big Lake, Minn., Kathy Warren, and husband, Steve, of Monticello, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Roger Ghinter; and a brother, Ed Ghinter.
Arrangements are with the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, Minn.
