LITTLE FALLS -- Pearl E. Martineau, 96, Little Falls, died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, at the Lutheran Care Center in Little Falls.
She was born Feb. 19, 1906, in Edmore, N.D., to John and Nettie (Washburn) Berg. In 1948, she moved to Little Falls to care for her father. She married Theodore Martineau on June 10, 1950. She worked for Western Union for 30 years, retiring in 1976. She was a member of First United Church in Little Falls and the O.E.S. Bethlehem Chapter No. 74 in Brainerd.
Survivors include a stepson, Richard Martineau, Concord, Calif., and a stepdaughter, Mary Jean Tandeski, Sheridan, Ore.
Her husband; three brothers, George, Paul and Earle Berg; and a sister, Florence Spear, died earlier.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Lutheran Care Center Chapel in Little Falls. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery in Belle Prairie.
Arrangements are with Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls.
