Brainerd girls second, boys fourth; LF girls, boys 5th

CENTRAL LAKES CONFERENCE CROSS COUNTRY

ST. CLOUD - Anna Gessell, Hannah McAlister and Rebecca Yeh finished in the top 15 to earn all-Central Lakes Conference honors and place the Brainerd Warriors girls' cross country team in second Tuesday.

The Warrior boys placed fourth and were led by Thomas Ruttger's third-place time of 16:24, and Jimmy Dean's sixth-place time of 16:54. Both runners earned all-conference honors.

The top 15 runners earn all-conference honors.

Gessell ran a 10th-place time of 15:52. McAllister finished 13th and Yeh placed 15th.

Brainerd's Gretchen Kletscher was all-conference honorable mention finishing 20th.

The Little Falls Flyers girls' team, which placed fifth, was led by Manon Gammon-Deering's fifth-place time of 15:18 and Beth Hauer's 16:01, which placed her 14th.

Preston Zimmy and Eli Ploof ran all-conference times of 17:17 for 11th and 17:18 for 13th as the Flyers boys' team finished fifth.
