REMER - Dennis L. Welcome, age 66, of Remer, formerly of Palisade and the Twin Cities, died Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at the Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minn.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, at 2 p.m. from the Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin with the Rev. John Monsong officiating. Interment will be in the Waukenabo Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Aitkin VFW and American Legion Posts. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Arrangements are with the Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.
