Dan Lepel, son of Mike and Sharon Lepel, Merrifield, was crowned homecoming king during coronation ceremonies at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, N.D. He was sponsored by the Dental Club and Diesel Technology Club. He is a 2006 graduate of Brainerd High School.
