Dee E. Blanchard

AITKIN - Dee E. Blanchard, age 88, of Aitkin, formerly of Deerwood and Minneapolis, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2009, at the Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at 1 p.m. from the Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Norman officiating. Burial will be in the Deerwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Military honors will be provided by the Aitkin VFW and American Legion Posts.
