PROPERTY DAMAGE - Cheryl Karnowski, 200 block of South 10th Street, Sunday reported someone slashed two tires and a leather seat in her vehicle.
ARREST - Received a report at 11:25 p.m. Saturday of a man causing a problem outside Jack's House, 300 Highway 25. When officers tried to take the 33-year-old man to detox, he attempted to flee and resisted officers. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and fleeing.
Arrested a 21-year-old woman for terroristic threats and possession of a dangerous weapon about 5:40 p.m. Saturday at Norwood and Southeast 12th streets after she threatened to cut another woman's throat with a knife.
THEFT - Brent Hella reported Saturday two men stole two bottles of rum valued at $35 from Esser's Liquor, 119 N.E. Washington St.
Sarah Brill reported Friday the theft of an iPod Touch valued at $650 from Music General, 416 S. Seventh St.
INVESTIGATION - Responded to a report of an underage drinking party at midnight Saturday at a residence on the 800 block of Fir Street. Five people were cited for underage consumption, and one woman also was arrested on an outstanding Crow Wing County warrant for underage consumption.
CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:55 p.m. Friday at Northeast Eighth Avenue and Washington Street.

BURGLARY - Alan Loots, 33000 block of West Island Lake, Sunday reported his cabin broken into.

THEFT - It was reported Sunday that a vehicle was stolen from the 25000 block of Highway 18 in Garrison.
INVESTIGATION - Deputy Kelly Park observed a vehicle at 3:56 p.m. Friday stopped on a red arrow at North Fourth and Washington streets in Brainerd. The vehicle made a left turn through the red arrow. Park observed the driver on a cell phone and when stopped she said she had no idea what she had done.
