District Court Judge Harold Schultz of Ramsey has recommended that five Brainerd City Council members reconsider their decision not to fluoridate the city's water or he would make an appropriate order. He denied a dismissal motion by attorney Jack Graham.

Captain W.H. Fawcett, of Breezy Point Lodge, wealthy publisher, big game hunter, explorer and large resort owner, who courts danger for the fun of it will go on safari in darkest Africa. His wife is resigned to joining him to hunt things.
