MOTLEY, Minn. (AP) - A train derailment forced authorities to close U.S. Highway 10 through this central Minnesota town for a couple of hours early Friday before re-opening it about 5:30 a.m.
There was no injuries, said Police Chief Gae Davis.
He said the Burlington Northern Santa Fe train was heading west just before 3 a.m. Friday when about 10 empty coal cars left the tracks.
