Hanson-Peterson
Taya Hanson and Wally Peterson were married Aug. 10, 2002, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Brainerd with Father Seamus Walsh officiating.
Parents are Larry and Cheryl Hanson, Brainerd, and Paul and Kathy Peterson, Afton.
The bride's attendants were Katie Stewart, Jennifer Ross, Kelly Peterson, Jennifer Dickerson and Shawnna Hengel. Personal attendant was Cheryl Hanson.
The groom's attendants were Rick Peterson, Jason Hanson, Bob Longfellow, Tom Freer and Mario Minelli. Ushers were Dave Kelcher, Marc Buelow, Darin Markie and Andy Saum.
A reception was at the Pine Room.
The bride graduated from Brainerd High School and the College of St. Scholastica. She is employed at Fairview University Medical Center.
The groom graduated from North St. Paul High School and Concordia College in St. Paul. He is employed at SPC Engineering.
The couple is at home in Ham Lake.
