Engineering Day

Jodi Martinson (left) of Baxter and Kevin Kosobud of Lake Shore, employees with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, explained how their engineering profession has challenged and rewarded them.
They spoke at the recent Engineering Day on the Brainerd campus of Central Lakes College, an event planned each fall by instructor Brian Kohn as a means to give prospective engineering students a clear, personal perspective for the career. Speakers came from several universities in the Midwest, as well as from the professional ranks in various types of engineering.
