ARREST - Arrested a 48-year-old man for fleeing in a motor vehicle, fleeing on foot and driving after license cancellation about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday at Highway 210 and Crow Wing County Road 59 in Irondale Township. A deputy had observed the suspect vehicle driving at a high rate of speed and attempted a traffic stop. The driver fled in the vehicle, lost control and crashed. The driver then fled the vehicle on foot. A Baxter police K-9 team responded and assisted with the search, resulting in the man's arrest. The driver was transported for treatment to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd and then jailed at the Crow Wing County Jail.

Arrested a 32-year-old woman for obstructing the legal process during a traffic stop at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday at Highway 18 and Plott Road. The woman was a passenger in a vehicle drive by a 26-year-old man, who was arrested for DWI, giving false information to a police officer and driving after license revocation.

BURGLARY - Kelly Kohl, 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 30, Tuesday reported a burglary to a cabin and several trailers.

THEFTS - Received a report at 5:48 p.m. Tuesday from a man who said his car had been stolen from Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive. Upon officers arrival, the man remembered he had driven his pickup, not his car, and his pickup was parked in front of the exit doors.

Received a report of a theft Tuesday from a residence on the 10000 block of Jadewood Drive.

Blayne and Rachel Ostrowski on Tuesday reported the theft of a wallet at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

A theft was reported Tuesday at a residence on the 10000 block of Camwood Trail.

Douglas Briggman, 10000 block of Cherrywood Drive, Tuesday reported a possible identity theft.

Brainerd police

ARREST - Arrested a 49-year-old man for violating an order for protection at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.
