Duane Allen Lewandowski, 41, Merrifield, was sentenced for felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle to 26 months prison and fined $100.

Gary Laverne Sprunk Jr., 23, Fargo, N.D., was sentenced for serious felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct to 150 days jail, placed on 15 years supervised probation and fined $50.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage consumption:

Joseph Devord DeRosier, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for two counts of misdemeanor underage consumption. He was fined a total of $200 and was placed on one year supervised probation.

Benjamin Joseph Shaw, 20, Brainerd, was fined $100.

Frederick Joseph Thoene, 20, Staples, was fined $50.

Amy Lee Cronquist, 20, Brainerd, was fined $100.

Joshua David Leibold Fields, 18, Brainerd, was fined $100.

Luke Wilson Ulm, 21, Merrifield, was fined $100.

Matthias James Monroe, 19, New Hope, was fined $100.

Shoplifting

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting:

Jason Allen Dupre, 33, Minneapolis, was fined $300.
