BAY LAKE -- Unlimited Learning will sponsor a gourmet experience in a historical atmosphere at "Night of Fine Dining II" at 6 p.m. Oct. 29 in Ruby's Dining Room at Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge.
Jack Ruttger will share the story of three generations of a family-owned hospitality business amidst the pines, and master chef Terry Dox will demonstrate the preparation of the evening's meal. The menu will feature a double entre and end with a flaming dessert.
After Dox's culinary education, he brought 11 years of work experience to Ruttger's. He rarely uses a recipe to prepare food, preferring to experiment. For this occasion, Dox will document the recipes and copies will be available. Last year's attendees will recall his light-hearted manner as he advised, "When in doubt, add a little butter."
