Braham stiffles Aitkin in 2nd half

AITKIN --The Braham Bombers shut out the Aitkin Gobblers in the second half and recorded a 26-14 victory in Great River Conference football Friday.

Kyle Bender scored on an 8-yard run in the first quarter for the Gobblers. Teammate Mike Bare scored on a 9-yard pass from Aaron Johnson in the second quarter. Aitkin had 215 yards of total offense.

Johnson rushed 10 times for 55 yards and Bare caught three passes for 49 yards and a touchdown.
