The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Anthony Leo Fuller, 27, Cushing, was sentenced for fifth-degree controlled substance crime to 15 months prison.

John Christian Neville, 19, 820 1/2 Sixth Ave. N.E., was sentenced for third-degree burglary and gross misdemeanor theft by swindle to a total of 21 months prison and fined $100.

David William Aljets, 20, 16469 Highway 18 E., was sentenced for fleeing a peace officer to 60 days jail and placed on three years supervised probation.

Vanessa Renee Weyaus, 32, Garrison, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 60 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Jesse James Hildebran, 70, Jenkins, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 60 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Diana Lynn Pelkey, 37, 424 S.E. 13th St., was sentenced for wrongfully obtaining assistance to 30 days jail or 60 days electronic monitoring, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

Jesse Lee Tesnear, 33, Staples, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft by false representation. Tesnear was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $65.

Kelly Anne Whitcomb, 30, Backus, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft by false representation. She was placed on two years supervised probation and fined $65.

Jerry David Gravening, 24, Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor reckless discharge of a firearm to 45 days jail, placed on two years probation and fined $50.

Thomas Meade Balsimo, 38, Nisswa, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervises probation and fined $900.

Risa Christine Fafara, 35, Swanville, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 30 days jail or 60 days electronic monitoring, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Underage consumption
