Hornets cut down Foreston

BAXTER - David Jensen finished with two goals matched with a pair of assists as the Lake Region Hornets cruised to a 6-0 win over the Foreston Saints during non-conference play Monday.

Yung Kim added two goals and one assists and Patrick Trout and Jacob Christiansen had a goal each for the Hornets.

Ryan Christensen was perfect in the net for the Hornets with six saves.

BELLE PRAIRIE - Grant Bell knocked in a penalty kick giving the Little Falls Flyers their only goal during Monday's 3-1 Central Lakes Conference loss to the Fergus Falls Otters.

Dan Kornbaum turned away six of the nine shots to come his way in the Flyers net.
