EAST GRAND FORKS - Tracy Gustafson's 90 and Caitie Kavanaugh's 91 propelled the Central Lakes College women's golf team to first place after Monday's first round of the Region 13 and MCAC state tournament on Bobby's Course at the Legacy Courses at Cragun's.
CLC's Drew Dufner shot a 71 to claim the top spot of the individual leaderboard and help the men's team to fifth place with one round remaining.
Michael Eck shot 77 as CLC fired a 341, 30 shots off the pace set by United Tribes Technical College out of Bismarck, N.D.
