Rangers take first, Aitkin second

WADENA -- Crosby-Ironton's Beth Stokman, Brita Johnson and Kaitlyn Risnes all captured singles titles and the doubles team of Betsy Wehseler and Farrah Steinke won the No. 1 doubles title as the Rangers won the Lions tennis tournament at Wadena Saturday.

Emily Walz went unbeaten to finish first at No. 1 singles for the Aitkin Gobblers, who placed second as a team. The No. 3 doubles team of Mandy Whipps and Jaime Landsverk also placed first, finishing with a 3-1 record.
