Seasonal flu shot - Flu Mist clinic (not H1N1)

CROSBY - Crow Wing County Public Health will offer a seasonal flu shot/FluMist clinic from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Cuyuna Range Elementary School.

This clinic is open to anyone age 6 months or older. Both flu shots and FluMist will be available.

Cost is $25 per vaccination or CWCPH will bill Medicare Part B, Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. You must bring your card.

Some $5 vaccine will be available for children ages 6 months to 18 years who meet the Minnesota Vaccines for Children eligibility guidelines.

No one will be turned away for inability to pay, however, if your private insurance covers this vaccine in full, you are asked to go to your provider or pay the $25 fee.
