CRASH - No injuries were reported in a crash at 4:15 p.m. Thursday on the 8000 block of Fairview Road.

THREAT - Received a report of a student threatening another student on a bus about 8 a.m. Thursday on the 12000 block of Knollwood Drive. An investigation is pending.

Received a report Thursday of a suspicious male talking to young girls at the library on the 400 block of South Fifth Street.

Received a report Thursday of a road rage incident at Gillis Avenue and Washington Street as a driver traveling south through the intersection swerved toward a woman waiting to make a left-hand turn.

Received a report of a white SUV driving in circles for about 30 minutes Thursday on the 1600 block of Washington Street Northeast. The driver had installed a new clutch pack and was breaking it in.

Andrea Leavitt, 200 block of North Eighth Street, Thursday reported someone rummaged through a car.

A report of a house filling up with smoke about noon Thursday on the 600 block of League Avenue led to a citation of a 17-year-old male for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and a notification report to his mother.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a hit and run to a parked vehicle Thursday on the 500 block of West College Drive.

No injuries were reported Thursday in a two-car crash in a lot on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

No injuries were reported in a crash about 8 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Washington Street.

A suspect fled law enforcement about 1:21 a.m. Thursday on Excelsior Road and Conservation Drive was reported to have suffered an injury. The suspect was transported to St. Cloud Hospital and could face charges for driving while impaired.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Damage to the yard, possibly from a four-wheeler, as grass was ripped up was reported Thursday along with a couch dropped off at the Dumpster on the 700 block of Thiesse Drive.

THEFT - Stephanie Molash, 1000 block of South Eighth Street, Thursday reported DVDs, CDs were stolen from the residence.
