Brainerd JV swim team wins
The Brainerd Warrior junior varsity swimming and diving team beat St. Cloud Tech 135-47 Thursday.
Winners for Brainerd were Jessica Bateman (500 free, 200 free), Jessica Baker (50 free), Megan Street (Diving), Briana Hanson (100 butterfly), Jenny Peltoma (100 free), Jill London (100 backstroke), and Emmy Schindler (100 breaststroke).
Brainerd also won all three relay teams. The 200 medley relay was Jill London, Erica Dumbeck, Connie London, Heather Erickson; The 200 free relay was Gracie Kelm, Megan Augustineck, Sara Swanson, Heather Smith; and the 400 free of Kelsey Boran, Kim Friehbole, Jessica Bateman, Dayna Raboin.
JV netters fall to St. Cloud Tech
Brainerd's Hannah Fossum nailed five kills and Jennifer Niklaus had 11 set assists as the Brainerd Warriors junior varsity volleyball team fell to St. Cloud Tech 25-21, 25-17, 15-7 Thursday.
