BAXTER - Jordan Posch had two goals and an assist while Chris Nathan added four assists as the Brainerd Warriors shut out Sauk Rapids 6-0 in a rain-soaked contest to remain atop the Central Lakes Conference.

"It was so wet ... oh so cold," said Brainerd coach Cahill Collins.

The Warriors had 10 shots on net in the first half, scoring five times, while limiting Sauk Rapids to just one shot on goal. Brainerd goalkeeper Matt Sather finished with five saves.

"We're looking forward to playing at Sartell on Saturday (10 a.m.) and being back in time for the homecoming festivities," Collins said.
