THIEF RIVER FALLS - Central Lakes College's volleyball record fell to 10-10 for the season Wednesday night.
The Raiders were pushed to five games for the first time this year in a South Division loss to Northland College.
CLC opened with a 25-20 advantage in the first game before dropping the second game 25-18. The Raiders took a close third game before dropping the last two games.
Coach Jane Peterson said an injury forced the team to try a different lineup.
The setback came as a disappointment after the Raiders rallied to win twice over the weekend in a trip to North Dakota.
"We don't quite have the mental toughess," Peterson said. "It's the little things. We're not that far away."
