Open Forum: The cost of cold-blooded conservatism
Where are we going and why are we in this hand basket?
VOX POP
Almost everyone has figured out that we were sold a bill of goods on this war. The few dead-enders who still believe the lies Bush and company told them are getting desperate. Last week, up to 300,000 people, including two bus loads from central Minnesota, demonstrated against the war in Washington, D.C. The pro-war contingent could only scrape up 400 at the most. Let the Iraqis fix their own country. Let's put our troops and equipment to better use here in our own country.
