Festive atmosphere
The Central Lakes College Spanish Department held its sixth Festival Latino on Saturday on the Brainerd campus. The family friendly event featured Hispanic and Latino music, dancing, a market, food-tasting, arts and crafts. The festival is a fundraiser for the department. Scholarships have been awarded to an average of four students per year who want to study Spanish and Latin American cultures.
