Two people were killed in a wrong-way accident on Interstate 94 in north Minneapolis, and authorities said the car that caused it might have gone nearly four miles in the wrong lane before crashing into a van.
Judge gets community service and small fine for assaulting teen
The Hennepin County judge who pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for slapping a teenage boy has been sentenced to community service and a $150 fine.
District Judge Harvey Ginsberg has been on leave since June. Ginsberg, 49, is receiving medical care for stress and anxiety. In court Tuesday, Ginsberg said he regrets the assault, which happened after he confronted a boy he suspected of taking his son's bicycle.
