Annebelle (Pumper) Mason

CLINTON, Iowa -- Annebelle Margaret (Pumper) Mason, age 92, Clinton, Iowa, formerly of Lake Shore, died on Friday morning, Aug. 13, 2004.

She was born July 31, 1912, in the town of Clinton, Iowa, to the late William and Catherine Pumper. On June 6, 1936, she was united in marriage to Leland William Mason in Clinton, Iowa. She was a 20-year resident of Lake Shore at the Bar Harbor Town Homes.

Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leland William Mason in 1991. She is survived by her son and his wife, Keith and Dorothy Mason, of Georgetown, Texas; her daughter and her husband, Barbara and Robert Ponzetti, of Excelsior, Minn.; three grandchildren, Bradley Keith Mason, of Georgetown, Texas, Scott Harold Mason, of Minnetonka, Minn., and Christian Lee Ponzetti, of Excelsior, Minn.; one great-grandson, Jack Bradley Mason, of Georgetown, Texas; one brother and his wife, Dr. Robert and Ruth Pumper, of Homewood, Ill.; and sister, Pauline (Pumper) Elliott, of Rochester, N.Y. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Maurice Pumper, and one sister, Lois (Pumper) Lampe.

Funeral services for Annebelle Margaret (Pumper) Mason will be held in Clinton, Iowa, in the near future. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Clinton, Iowa.
