The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Jamilton Rene Rodriguez Solis, 21, St. Paul, was sentenced for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct to 90 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $290 in fines and fees and $166.76 in restitution.

Thomas Kevin Vice, 48, Baxter, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor purchasing alcohol for someone under 21 and ordered to pay $300 in fines and fees.

Chad Allan Hovland, 36, Deerwood, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree assault of a peace officer to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $160 in fines and fees.

Daniel Bryan Mattraw, 38, Pine River, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Thomas Edwin Anderson, 19, Pine River, was ordered to enter a diversion program.

Loren James Koska, 20, Garrison, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

Audriana Nicole Wallin, 18, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.

James Fredrick Fields, 18, Brainerd, was ordered to enter a diversion program.

Theodore James Nelson, 19, Lake Shore, was ordered to pay $177 in fines and fees.
