Hunter hurt after fall from tree

A hunter was injured after falling from a tree Sunday in St. Mathias Township, the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department reported.
The injury happened about 5:48 p.m. near Crow Wing County roads 45 and 131. The name of the injured hunter and the extent of the injuries wasn't known this morning.
The Brainerd Fire Department assisted North Ambulance in recovering the hunter from the woods.
