Pierz boys third at Mega Meet
MILACA -- The Pierz boys' team placed third and three Pioneer individuals finished in the top 26 at the Milaca Mega cross country meet Saturday.
Pierz had 135 points, trailing only St. Cloud Cathedral (118) and Fairmont (130).
The Pioneers' Zach Solinger was 17th, Randy Rauch 19th, Josh Andrea 23rd and Steven Gall 26th.
Pequot Lakes was 27th in the boys' race, with Josh Dale in 81st place its top finisher.
In the girls' meet, Pierz was 24th, with Jamie Talberg finishing 16th.
