Award-winning penguins and chili
Dressed as penguins, members of the Widseth Smith Nolting "Chili Willy" cook-off team, Shayne Johnson (left), Mark Skogen, Mark Erickson and Paul Skogen, ambled to the stage Wednesday at the Westgate Mall to receive their Community Choice Award at the United Way Chili Cook-off.
The team also won best booth at the event.
