BURGLARY - It was reported Tuesday a residence on the 800 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast was broken into.

INFORMATION - A man on Tuesday reported being treated rudely at Rep. James Oberstar's office at Brainerd City Hall, 501 Laurel St.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle collision at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Washington Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Michael Murphy, 400 block of South Ninth Street, Tuesday reported someone spray painted his garage door.

THEFT - Curtis Snidarich, 1000 block of Crow Wing County Road 8, Tuesday reported his vehicle was stolen. He later called back and said he found his vehicle and that a friend was just playing a trick on him.

Paul Kostal, 20000 block of Beach Road, Tuesday reported items taken out of the back of his pickup.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - A woman on Tuesday reported things were being moved around and taken from inside and out of the house for the past five and-a-half years at her residence on the 30000 block of Fuhr Road.
